Apex Challenge Circuit 7000 Workout Machine

The Apex Challenge Circuit 7000 is a full-body workout machine that allows for both upper and lower body exercises. The Circuit 7000 gives wheelchair users the ability to create a full-body workout from weight lifting movements.

If you are looking for a workout machine designed to get you in shape, then the Apex Challenge Circuit 7000 Workout Machine can help you. It’s recommended by health experts, fitness enthusiasts, and professional trainers because it allows numerous benefits.

It’s easy to use.

The machine is simple to assemble, with only four screws and a few pieces of hardware to attach. Then, there’s just one button to press: “start.” After that, you’ll see a chart on the screen showing how much time you’ve spent working out, as well as your target heart rate, calorie burn, and other metrics. Once you’ve reached your target heart rate range for the day, the machine will automatically stop—no need for any buttons or switches!

The machine also comes with two workout modes: one for beginners who want to focus on building their endurance and another for advanced users who want to push themselves hard and take more risks. Beginners may want to switch between these two modes so their heart rate stays in the target range.

As an advanced user, however, you could spend hours working on one mode without needing interruptions.

Can be used anywhere

The Apex Challenge Circuit 7000 Workout Machine is a great addition to any home gym. It can get used anywhere, whether in your living room or on the road. The machine comes with a 120 lb. weight stack that can be adjusted up to 300 lbs., making it ideal for people of all ages and fitness levels.

The machine also features an LCD that lets you know how much time remains in each circuit and the number of calories your workout has burned. You can use this information to track your progress to know what works best for your body type and fitness goals.

The machine is quiet and sturdy so you can use it in your home or office

The machine’s weighted flywheel provides resistance as you exercise and helps build muscle strength. The large LCD screen displays information like calories burned and distance traveled during your workout.

The Apex Challenge Circuit 7000 is one of the quietest home exercise machines on the market, so you can use it in your home or office, whether you have a small or large space.

It’s easy to maintain, as all parts are fully washable and replaceable

All parts are fully washable. You can clean them easily. Furthermore, the machine comes with a warranty. If something goes wrong with it, it will get replaced.

Conclusion

For individuals looking to get a sweat-inducing, full-body workout, the Apex 7000 is a good choice. It’s easy to use and can provide a tremendous cardio workout if you start on the higher settings. While it may take some time to get used to the machine’s exercises, with regular use, you’ll find that you’re able to master them quickly.

The only real complaint is that there is no lower body station; while this isn’t a deal breaker, it would be nice if future models could include one. Users looking for a high-quality machine will find that the Apex 7000 delivers all they need and more.

5 Star Rating

Excellent product. Would highly recommend. Price is reasonable given what you are getting. It is better than most rehab facility equipment that I’ve previously seen/used. As a C6/7 quadriplegic, this is a very functional device, although some assistance is required to set up some of the exercises.

Advantages: Very well designed for wheelchair use, sturdy, with smooth weight movement and accurate weight. Good variety of exercises. Corner design reduces required footprint as much as possible.
