The Department of Justice has made a formal announcement that extends the ADA compliance deadline for swimming pools and spas to January 31st, 2013.
Please note, this is not a revocation or change of the law, it is simply an extension that will allow commercial pools added time to become fully compliant. Because of this, we urge people to get your orders in now so that there is plenty of time to make your facility compliant by the new deadline.
